Coaching for women living with persistent fatigue
Coaching is not a treatment. It is a structured way of understanding your patterns, working out what may be contributing to your fatigue, and building daily habits that fit the reality of your energy rather than the life you used to have.
Start there. Decide about everything else later.
Honest about who this suits
I would rather tell you now if this is not right for you than have you spend money finding out.
This is likely a fit if
- You are living with persistent fatigue, ME/CFS, Long COVID fatigue, post-viral exhaustion, or burnout that has not lifted
- You want a whole-person approach alongside your medical care, not instead of it
- You are willing to look closely at nutrition, sleep, pacing and nervous system patterns
- You have tried things independently and want structured, personal support
- You want to understand what is happening rather than just be handed a protocol
This is not the right fit if
- You are looking for a medical diagnosis or treatment
- You are in acute medical crisis — please contact your healthcare provider
- You want a guaranteed cure or a fixed recovery timeline
- You want someone to hand you a plan you follow without discussion
- You are not able to work alongside a doctor at this time
The areas we may explore together
Not all of these, and not all at once. Where we start depends entirely on where you are.
Energy patterns and what depletes you
Mapping when your energy rises and falls, what costs more than it should, and where the quiet leaks are. This is usually where we begin, because you cannot manage what you cannot see.
Pacing and the energy envelope
Learning to stay within your current capacity, and how to expand it carefully when the time is right. This includes understanding post-exertional worsening and how to stop the boom-and-bust cycle that keeps resetting your baseline.
Nervous system regulation
Practical, low-cost practices for shifting out of the tired-but-wired state. Breathwork, gentle somatic work, and sensory approaches — chosen so they do not demand energy you do not have.
Nutrition and nourishment
Food that supports your energy without requiring you to become a different person. Anti-inflammatory principles, simple preparation, and honest conversation about what is realistic on a low-capacity day.
Sleep and rest
Why sleep may not be restoring you, what may help, and the difference between rest and simply lying down. Rest turns out to be a skill.
Daily structure and routines
Building days that hold up. Not a rigid schedule, but a shape that gives your body predictability and gives you back some sense of control.
Tracking patterns over time
What changed, what helped, what set you back. Over weeks this builds a picture that is genuinely useful — including for conversations with your doctor.
Goals that respect your capacity
Setting things you can actually reach, which sounds small and turns out to matter enormously when you have spent years failing to meet targets set for a healthier version of yourself.
Ways to work together
These are ordered by commitment, smallest first. There is no expectation you move up the list.
Free 15-minute discovery call
We talk about what you are experiencing, what you have already tried, and whether this would help. If I do not think I am the right person, I will tell you and point you somewhere better. There is no sales script.
Ask one question
For when you have one specific thing you want a considered answer to — a symptom pattern that confuses you, whether a practice is worth trying, what to make of something you read. You get a written response, not a template.
30-minute health history consultation
A proper look at your story before you commit to anything longer. We go through your symptom timeline, what has been investigated, what has helped and what has not. You leave with concrete recommendations — whether or not you work with me again.
The 4 Core Blueprint — group programme
Six weeks working through the four foundations with a small group: nutrition, nervous system regulation, pacing, and daily structure. Daily protocols and recipes included. Suits women who want structure and would rather not do this in isolation.
Seed & Bloom — six weeks, one to one
A focused individual start. Six sessions to establish where you are, build a pacing framework matched to your real capacity, and put nutrition and nervous system foundations in place. Good if you want personal attention without a long commitment yet.
Root & Restore — three months, one to one
The most thorough option, and the one I recommend if you can. Twelve weekly sessions with a full health history assessment, a plan that adapts as we learn what works, and email support between sessions. Three months is usually what it takes for changes to actually settle.
Inside a coaching session
Sessions are an hour, by video, from wherever you are comfortable — including from bed, if that is where you are today. Nobody has ever needed to apologise for that.
The first session is mostly listening. Your history, your symptom timeline, what has been investigated, what you have tried, what a good day and a bad day look like. By the end we have a shared picture and a small number of starting points.
Subsequent sessions follow what happened. What you tried, how it went, what got in the way. We adjust. Some weeks we go deep on one thing; some weeks the useful work is simply looking honestly at a difficult stretch and deciding what to do differently.
Between sessions there is no homework you must complete. There are usually one or two things to try or to notice. If you did not manage them, that is information rather than failure, and we work with it.
Before you book
No. Many women I work with are still trying to get answers, and some never receive a definitive label. If you are living with persistent fatigue that is affecting your daily life, coaching may help regardless of diagnostic status.
No. Health coaching is educational and supportive. I am not a physician and I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure. I actively encourage you to continue with your medical team and I will never ask you to change or stop any medication.
I will not give you a number, because doing so would not be honest. This varies enormously. Some women report a clearer understanding of their own patterns within a few weeks — which is itself worth something. Deeper changes typically unfold over months, and for some people progress is slow or partial. I would rather tell you that upfront.
We reschedule. This is a condition defined by unpredictable capacity, and any coaching arrangement that does not account for that is badly designed. Just let me know.
Yes, all sessions are held by video call. I am based in Houston, Texas and work with women across the United States and internationally. Time zone differences can usually be accommodated.
Yes, and I would encourage it. Start with the free call. If you want more before committing to a programme, take the 30-minute consultation. There is no expectation that you move up the list.
My work is oriented around women living with persistent fatigue, because that is who I understand best and who most often comes to me. That said, if you are a man living with this and you think we would work well together, get in touch and we will talk about it honestly.
Not sure which option fits?
That is exactly what the free call is for. Fifteen minutes, no cost, no obligation. We work it out together — including the possibility that the answer is not yet.
